This notice explains how PatchWise Ltd uses the details you give us when you join the PatchWise waitlist on patchwiseapp.com.

Who we are

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect:

• your name and work email address
• your company name, team size and role
• the date you joined and confirmation that you agreed to hear from us
• the country you joined from, worked out from your connection. We do not store your IP address.

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you.

How we use it

• to keep a list of people interested in PatchWise
• to email you about early access, the launch and offers for early teams
• to understand what kinds of teams are interested, so we can plan the product

We will not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Our lawful basis

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you join. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@patchwiseapp.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who handles your data for us

We use trusted service providers who only process your details on our instructions:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and the database that stores the waitlist
• Microsoft, which provides our email

These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by approved contract terms, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until PatchWise launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can contact you about joining. We will delete them sooner if you ask. If you become a customer, a separate notice will explain how we handle your data from then on.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the details we hold about you
• ask us to correct or delete them
• withdraw your consent, object to or restrict how we use them
• ask us to transfer them to you or someone else

To use any of these rights, email hello@patchwiseapp.com. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have used your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will email you first.
